Celebrating Lunar New Year on January 22
This year, Lunar New Year will be celebrated on January 22, when the moon will enter a new phase. It is one of the most important holidays in some Asian countries, including China, Korea and Vietnam. Many Asian Americans also celebrate the holiday, which is full of family traditions, including cleaning for the new year to bring good luck.
According to the Chinese zodiac, 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit and you can read more here about the rabbit and other zodiac signs. Some rabbit traits (those born February 3, 2011 to January 22, 2012.) are being kind and talented.
